IMHO, for low to medium traffic, they're pretty much all the same as far as performance as long as they're using memory to communicate between VFP and the web server(OLE and ISAPI, not "file-based" or CGI). My advice would be for you to download their trials and try them out. Look for other features you find important like ease of use, etc.
As another alternative, ASP VFP mtdlls are just as fast or faster, IMO, than the 2 tools you mentioned and you can easily use new and existing Microsoft technologies to scale to any load with the added benefit of being less expensive (since most of this stuff is built into the software you already have).
