Geoff, yes you can use a lot of what's built-in to VFP 6/7 to create web apps. We (www.activevfp.com) pride ourselves on taking advantage of all of the tools already built into VFP, IIS, ASP, etc. and adding some extra Web specific routines in an inexpensive framework. Without the framework, you can easily create simple web apps that return output to the browser. With the framework you can take advantage of HTML templates, HTML tables, HTTP file transfer, etc. You could do this yourself, but, why re-invent the wheel??...
