I've developed an .EXE, called from an Active Server Page that returns a .PDF to the browser (using the Amyuni printer driver). Using the same browsers on two test machines (IE 5.5 and 6), when calling some servers the .PDF displays in the browser. Calling other servers, we're asked to open or download the file. Choosing open asks us what application to use to open it, choosing download downloads the .PDF, but with the .ASP page as the file name. If we download it, it views perfectly. Why doesn't the acrobat reader plug-in fire?

I've attached to the servers using the MS Internet Transfer Control and the headers and content all appear fine.
