Hi Paul,

Well, I think you did anyway :-)

EXACTLY!

What do you mean move these BACK into the generic project? If I created them in the dummy project, then they never existed in the Generic Project, right (have to watch what you say to us procedural-based programmers <g>)? I think you may mean create everything in the dummy project created by Quick Start, then copy them using Window's Explorer/Powerdesk (or maybe DOS for some of you :-) into the appropriate folders in the Generic MM Project and add them into the project. Is that what you mean? Then, use the VCX Editor to change the appropriate paths for the classes I just added to the Generic Project?

I guess it didn't dawn on me that I should be doing ALL my development in the Quick Start created project directories, whether creating tables, views, business objects, data environments, forms, reports, or whatever, then move them into the Generic Project. Is that correct (If so, I certainly didn't see that mentioned in the Dev Guide)?

Let me know please!

Thanks so much!
