Charlie, I understand it
I am agains remote views, they work much slow, than sqlexec ( this is my number5 client-server project and I am not freshman it it, I worked with Oracle, Interbase and MS SQL server) because
I need it for client-server
So, this advice looks like this
Client part starts to work and makes near exe temporal database
I make request to server for reference tables and gets cursors
Than copy them to this temporal base,
than when I ask any private datasession form I should open these tables again
After exe will quit I have to delete database and tables.
The speed difference between sqlexec and remote views sometimes is very very big
I can explain why.
This is the way and I keep it in the mind, it will not find something else
Yesterday after dental doctor I sat with it again to disappoint VFP
and I guess, I know , the reason
When I shall be ready, I say the solution
