I recommend that Michel have a two tier pricing:
(1) Level One: regular, the way it is right now
(2) Level Two: Double the regular.
He divides up the amount over Level One and distributes to those who
regularly help more than, say 100 times, or some such figure.
Those who get a "stipend" agree to answer two dumb questions from the "Double Premium" members.

Then, I would just tell my company..... "Oh, I want to be the Double Premium level member"

but in serious appreciation for the efforts of the patient helpers.
