Wouldn't it be nice if the NTDS ISAM (the one each Win2K DC uses for AD info) database was a DBC with DBFs instead of whatever is used now (Jet4?).

More than a few times I have worked with something at the Windows OS level and have been frustrated because the data file format wasn't as clean/easy/documented compared to what's known about the DBF. In addition, the VFP7 OLEDB driver could be used to query/update on it.

Is VFP5 code and DBF still used in SMS2.0?
