>>On one of my projects I set it to 800 X 600. It won't stay; everytime I restart Fox, it defaults back to 640 X 480. I have deleted foxuser and everything else I can think of. Anyone know if there is a project property that can be set to force this? I can't find any documentation on the maximum design area that describes how (or where) it is stored.

Thanks Sergey. I thought it would be something like that. I use -A in the shortcut that starts VFP7 to supress using the registry because there are many things I don't want when I change projects/directories etc. I guess I am stuck on that. I'll try using WSH to write to the registry just after entering fox?? I think that won't work since when I looked at the keys you gave, they are now set to 800 X 600. Too bad there isn't a property of the project we can change.
