Because, its not in the product.
Many of us have expressed the Enhancement request of being able to vissually subclass all available baseclasses. However this is not implemented (yet). Some features cannot be implemented trough visual classes, and some can't with PRGs.

A while ago I tried to hack VCX and SCX to subclass the dataenviroment, but to no succes. Though this was in VFP6 i've not a lot of confidense that this was changed in VFP 7.
