Peter either said (or implied?) that trying to control this was too much trouble. After some experimenting, I agree 100%. Trying to fool around with KeyPress() produces weird results (mouse dissapears; KEYBOARD "." isn't recognized, so nothing happens). Changing SET POINT changes all controls, and not only the current control.

So, what I will do for now is:

Postpone the problem for now. I already showed the users who presented the problem how they could change the settings in the Control Panel.

Perhaps, eventually, change the setting globally for data entry forms, and use Control Panel defaults for printing reports.
