You could an send email to pdh@hai.nl which is the owner of Holland Automation International; I think in some past they owned the product (maybe "less") but anyway there you can get connected to the current owner.

I'm not sure Mercator is obsolete at all.
To be some kind of commercial : right now we are building the implied functionality : Treasury, but as module of ERP. Mercator is just Treasury IMO.
