Tried searching UT because I think I've seen this come up, but quotes are not allowed and not is a keywork, so no joy.

I was in a project that showed at VFP startup (last active) and immediately went to do a BUILD EXE. when I clicked OK to build things went wonky, message at bottom saying rebuilding project XXXXXXXX database. It just sat there, with some HD sounds happening sporadically.

Anyway, I had to 'task manager' out of VFP.

On restarting I ggot the subject error message, I guess as it tried to list the tables in the project.

I opened the .DBC as a table, appended a blank, deleted it. No joy trying to validate - same message.

I do have a backup, but prefer to learn how to get this one back.

Any help?
