I use ZoneAlarm Pro with the Linksys routers for small sites; I've generally been pleased with it, but it's a pain in the butt until you've got your apps configured properly as far as roles, ports and permissions. It works in conjunction with the Linksys router, allows you to force all workstations to use it (or exclude stations from the requirement by IP address) and will self-update. Well worth the cost licensed for 5-25 users bundled for the router which administers the licenses.
