I've never heard the term "tuck it in" with respect to food, but it's definitely explains the process that occurs with a Big Mac.

Personally, what causes me to not be so pleased with a Big Mac was a story on television not too long ago about fat farms here in the US. Almost everyone they talked to was over 400 pounds, and had some story about their relationship with Big Macs.
