Yes and no

I could never point out the exact prob, but I figured out a fix, the (graphic) checkboxes I was using where part of the prob

I moved my (graphic) checkboxes to the extremes (top, left and down) so no other controls where farther (top, left and down)

also I had sub-classed nav buttons (top, perv, next, bott) I figured they where also part of the prob, so I retyped everything from scratch and it helped

also I would say make sure that you not calling the “thisform.refresh” method to many times, after looking at my code during runtime I found that it was being called 20 times every time I hit the nav buttons
