As a regular component, I simply run:

lo = createobject("MyObject.LicenseBuilder")
lo.GenerateLicense("Info")
** this generates the file
lcFile = lo.cOutputname

If the file was not generated, then it returns empty.

I'll check the security rights of the web user.
