I had the same prob over here, we run winnt 4.0 pc's. I found that all I have to do is drop the MSComct2.ocx (and some times Mscomctl.ocx and Mscomm32.ocx) in the program dir or the system32 dir

nothing else was needed. I also belive in the setup wizard there is a place to add extra dll's and ocx's for dist
