We have recently written an eMail authoring tool in Visual FoxPro. It sends out eMails to recipients by reading data in third-party .DBF's. We use Outlook as our mail-sending tool. We create instances of Outlook, then create the mail, then send it. Then we go on to the next recipient.

All had been going (relatively) well until we tried to send out a large (1,500+ eMails) mailing. It crapped out after sending 469 eMails just fine.

The VFP system was getting one of those "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem."

I tried to hit 'Switch To', but got the following error:

"0x800706ba: The RPC Server is Unavailable"

Any ideas on what I should try in order to debug this? Maybe make Outlook visible?
