if you don't mind 3rd party software
www.analog-x.com and download "POW!" you will have to goto the site get the popup open POW from the taskbar icon, select the popup that you don't want anymore and you will never deal with it again.
now if you are not familiar with analog-x they have great software and it's all free!!!
