Try this one -

We have just spoken to one of our clients who did a fresh install of WIN2000 version 5.00.21.95 (did not show service pack), the application ran fine. No C5 errors. Yet on a machine with WIN2000 same version number but showing service pack 2 gets C5 errors. I'm not sure whether the service pack changes the version number or not, I have to assume that it does not otherwise surely, they would have got the same C5 errors?

We have ordered a Dell WIN2000 machine with the latest service pack on it (only arrives 2/1/2002), with the hope and the prayer that we can duplicate the problem, this way, we can try and solve the problem.

Any input would be appreciated on the above.
