Please, can someone assist.

Our network is running NT 4 and we have a workstation running windows 2000
Everthing was okay until the user complains that he cannot read data from the server (WINDOWS NT4 FileServer).

The system will neither allow me to set up a trust relationship or setup a new credentials.
