I don't know of any way to to track how the runtime files load an EXE (that's what it sounds like you need).

Looking at the other posts, you may have a corrupt VCX/SCX file.

We had a problem with a system that would crash on some PCs and not on others. Another odd part of the situation was that on some PCs where it crashed, if the user attempted to go into the application again, it would work. When building, select Rebuild All and then check to see if a Project.Err file was created.

Also, WRT to reporting Line 0, do you have the Debug Info checkbox checked in Project Information. If not, you will always get line 0 reported in your error routine.
