We had a situation where the person typede in a password and dind't remember what it was. Anything out there to help recover such a password?

The only thing that saved us was the fact that I had been to West Africa and used the INternet there. I was explaining the differnce in the keyboard and where the "A" and the "S" was. There were reversed. The person thought maybe they had shifted their fingering. They shifted over one and the password was the same as if she ahd done it properly.
