With a little trick you can.
tagno_ln=tagno()
set order to tagno_ln desce
locate rest for ....
Later, you just revert this via
set order to tagno_ln asce
You should only beware of forgetting to revert to ascending (or whatever
order it was) before leaving method where this happens, else you get the
user rather confused.
