I think we're mixing terms here, but the answer is mostly yes. You only run Quick Start once, and it copies what is in Generic to the new directory, thereby creating the new version of the program.

Changing what is in Generic has no effect on any other version of the program, it will only change one created by running Quick Start after the change. Hence, NewVersion - a fourth version of the program.
