I don't think it could be VFP7 related, as I'm also all the time running VFP7 (and often VFP6 at the same time). I have W2K Advanced server, but my colegues work on W2K Server and W2K Professional and nobody has problems. May be FP2.6 can cause some problems as it is not considered with W2K OS
