I don't use the differences report. I just open the tree structure and select the .prg. Beyond compare will open both versions of the PRG and will show the changes highlighted. When you select such a line, you can copy that line from one side to another, or edit the line directly. That way I edit the .PRG directly from Beyond Compare.
