I had a fight with them over that. I have the full version of Express. I sent them an email expressing my dissatisfaction with their upgrade policy, and the regional director of marketing called me. He gave me the upgrade with a nice discount. I don't remember what I paid, but I was happy. I also told him to read some of the threads here on what people were saying about the upgrade policy. He said he would have someone check it out. I don't if that ever happened. The full version is worth having as far as I'm concerned. I think the professional might be overkill right now. Later on that may change. It's a quirky program but much better than what we had before.
