If you know the administrator account and have saved the sp to the hard disk. Browse to the sp, right-click on it, and choose RUN AS. Thenn login as administrator and it will run under the administrator rights.
If you don't know the rights to the admin... account, double check your own user's rights and groups and make sure you are NOT a member of everyone, only administrators.
Good luck

>I am trying to install SP1 on a Win XP machine and get the message "You do not have sufficient rights, login as Administrator". Well, there is not an Administrator user in my list of users, I am in the Administrators group, and I installed VFP7 while logged in normally. I even tried disabling the Administrator account in the Control Panel - Security Settings, but that didn't make any difference.
