Yes, it is a non VFP application called Techscheduler by Dean Software. It was created in Deplhi to my knowledge. We have used this application to schedule our jobs for the past 4 years. The only way that I can get the scheduler application to work in this manner is have it monitor a directory for a specific file name. Then I create the file at the end of my program. If file is not there the job is unsuccesfull. This is not very portable and I was looking for a way to create a portable type program that was easily reusable.
