I use Nick's launcher to meet this need (File #9668 in downloads). It works great, and is easy to implement. However, it only detects/updates when the people leave the application and come back in.

>Is it possible for a Foxpro application to see there is a new updated version on the server, notify the person they need to update before continuing, then automatically update the system (I guess by API calls) and re-run the new program without any extra intervention by the enduser??
