Randy,

I think you are going to consistently run into problems if you have live controls under the grid. You can try setting the other controls .Visible property .f. when the grid grows and back to .t. after it's shrunk.

You are probably better off using a two page pageframe with the tabs turned off. Put your controls and grid on the first page, put just a full size grid on the second page. Your "grow grid" button can just switch the ActivePage.
