I have made therefore but it still doesn't work. The error verification when i try to call the web service function , but not endured, after approximately a minute. I have verified that it does not enter in the server part of the program, seems that the proxy microsoft it does not make me to work the method soap. On the network I have found this:

*'2) If you want to use ServerXMLHTTP through a proxy server, you need to run
*the MS ProxyCfg tool. It's dead easy to use, the easiest option being
*'ProxyCfg -u' which will set the proxy server to the same as your IE. To
*remove the proxy settings just run 'ProxyCfg -d'
