Oi Frederico,

Nunca usei o MySQL, mas já fiz trabalhos semelhantes ao que você quer em SQL Server e tudo o que precisei foi configurar o DSN ODBC para apontar para o endereço IP do Server. Ah, uma conexão não muito lerda também ajuda ;-)
