All mailboxes are associated with a user account in Exchange, you just need to know the userid. (AFAIK)

The files I mentioned in my previous reply. Search for them in your local hard disk. For OL2000 I think the file installs by default and in OL9x you have to specify during installation or download it from MSDN. Do a search on the file name in the msdn site if you are using OL9x.
