Bug! If you use the command PROMPT with the REPORT FORM and All (the Default) is selected the first time you print everything is fine. Unfortunately the second time you print it sets the printing to 1 to 65,000+ pages and prints away even thought the report is two pages.

The way around it is to put in RANGE 1,2 but this means anything past 2 is a problem.
