Set the DisabledForeColor to 0,0,1

>I have a form that routs through my department. The initiator has the ability to make selections with check boxes. The rest of the people can only see see checkboxes which are disabled. The problem is the disabled checkbox turns grey and is hard to tell if it is checked for some people. Is there a way is keep the color of the check box white with black check?
