No, not really. VFP 6 was written using VC++ 6 so it requires the MSVCRT.DLL VC++ runtime library. It also makes use of all of the core files that make up the WinAPI (OS files). Unless you use ActiveX controls, you don't need anything else.
Why does your guy fell that he needs those files? Is the server a complete blank with OS only? In that case, he will need the runtime modules from Wise so any DLLs that aren't there can be installed. However, if there are other applications on the server, most likely the required fiules are already there.
