VFP7 programs can be compiled and run with VFP6 runtime & vice versa.

I run VFP6 & VFP7 side by side and have no problem with Versatools under either
platform. There's other programs in UT downloads that's just as good & cheaper: GOFISH($15.00) and another: PJXSEARCH that's free. I've tried all three. They all have their pros & cons. Versatools seems to be the fastest and will give you the string occurence(s) but not always let you edit it within their program.
