>We have just converted to Windows NT server (from Netware) and find that we are now without our most valuable troubleshooting tool - a small utility that provided us with a list of all the current users on our network who have a specified file in use (.dbf .exe ...any file). This used GPLIB which only works with Netware AFAIK.

In the control panel - > manage tools - > computer manage
then select the shared file item in the treeview
