In your form's unload event, put some code to nullify the INet object (eg. ThisForm.INet1 = Null). I've not used the control in VFP, only in VB with no problems (setting the object = Nothing before quitting).

I release the form object after the FTP is complete, even verifying that the transfer is done before closing the object.
