Nadya,

Create a private variable before calling the report that is set to "NUM", "VOL" and "MED". In the expression of the Field objects, use EVALUATE('MyField' + MySuffix). For the labels, you can either add three labels to the report, each with the appropriate Print When expression ... or add one Field object with IIF(...) as the expression to figure out what to print.
