There is a freeware utility at
http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/handle.shtmlIt looks like it only runs on the local machine. So, you would need to run it on the server.
To get it to run: maybe create a DCOM server on the server; that DCOM process runs the HANDLE utility and redirects its output to a file that your workstation can read.
