I have three machines
198.165.0.1 Windows NT4
198.165.0.10 Linux Suse 7.3
198.165.0.5 Win98

I have started the squid cache on linux and set the browser to proxy
198.165.0.10 port 3128 (default). The linux access internet through
modem. All the machines access the squid cache. But the squid does not
access the internet.
