Try Documents to Go or Desktop to Go by Dataviz (www.dataviz.com). It has a trial-basis download and is the best standard for syncing palm and Outlook. The only limitation I've seen is that it won't sync multiple calendars (at least not the version I have). Desktop to go does have an Outlook-style overview of mail/calendar/todo list, though.
