It's in Canada, FPD 2.6, FPW 2.6. It works very well. Sorry, but I can't tell you more since I'm not the owner of this app.

With today's hardware and VFP3-5, this can be done very, very well on PCs.

But it also depends on what level of payroll app you need to build.
