If you just use the runtime files in your app, then you don't need any more licenses, but if you are publishing your reports from a server I think you should ask Crystal Decisions people. Your app is a VFP app? If so, I don't think the need to have it in the server as the net bandwith will be affected by bringing parts of your .EXE and also the data. I install the app with the Crystal Reports runtime files in every computer that will run my app.
