Hi Curt,

I may be expiriencing something similar.

You should check the following. When looking at the printer page-properties you will find data about it in the General-tab/Printing Preferences/Advanced... and
Device Settings (tab 5)/Form tray assignment.

What I have seen under W2K-Terminal Server is that if these are not same papersize the printer will go nuts. In our case Letter-size reports were showing up on the printer as Legal and A4 and going to all kinds of trays. Setting these papersizes properly stopped this weird behavior.
