I've made the changes for the missing locals (yup it's amazing what you can find if you really look "hard"), and changed the function name. I'll be putting the new version up on our UG web site later today, so if you want to download the new version rather than playing with the old one, you'll have that option. Now that we've worked out the apparent problems, I suppose I could submit it here on the UT - I'm sure not everyone is using VFP 7.0 yet, and they may want / need a timed messagebox.
