I added the code to the oAnimation call, the processing and the release to the command button that starts my process, and I added the animation prg to the prject. All went well on my machine, but when others use the exe, the get an OLE error "not registered".

To manually register a control do this:
1) Get the ocx or dll file on the machine you want to register it on.
2) Find regserv32.exe in the windows/system32 directory
3) Drag the ocx or dll file onto the regserv32 executable
or from the command line:
Start > Run
"regserv32.exe "
Either method should work.
